About Course

The Electricity major is one of the official Brevet Professionnel (BP) programs offered in Lebanon. This intermediate-level certification, accredited by the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education – Ministry of Education and Higher Education, follows the completion of grade 7. This two-year program provides students with an entry-level understanding of electrical principles, circuit analysis, and essential skills in electrical installation and maintenance. Although it primarily prepares students for Baccalauréat Technique (BT) level and further vocational training or entry-level positions, it also equips them with practical competencies that are valuable in electrical job roles. BP certificate holders in Electricity are eligible to pursue further vocational training or enter the workforce directly in electrical support roles.

The Electricity program spans two years, providing an entry-level foundation in electrical skills.

Exams & Certification

Students will take three term exams throughout each scholastic year, in addition to scheduled monthly quizzes designed to assess their progress and understanding of the coursework. At the end of the final year, students will sit for an official examination conducted by the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education under the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Upon successful completion of this examination and the graduation project, students will be awarded an official certificate issued by the Ministry, recognizing their academic achievement and qualification.
