Preschool Education

About Course

The Preschool Education major is one of the official Baccalauréat Technique (BT) programs offered in Lebanon. This secondary-level certification, accredited by the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education – Ministry of Education and Higher Education, follows either the Brevet Professionnel (BP) or the Academic Brevet. This three-year program provides students with a strong foundation in early childhood education principles, child development, and essential teaching skills. Although it primarily prepares students for further academic study, it also equips them with practical competencies that are valuable in educational settings. BT certificate holders in Preschool Education are eligible to pursue higher education, including a Technique Supérieur (TS) diploma at vocational institutions or a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) at Lebanese universities.
